Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Shirley Kriteman can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

KRITEMAN- Shirley E. (Goldman)
formerly of Melrose, Malden and Concord, NH. Entered Eternal Rest on May 31, 2017 at Glen Ridge Nursing Home, Medford after a brief illness. Devoted wife of almost 70 years to the late Morris Kriteman. Daughter of the late Annie & Harry Goldman. Beloved mother of Arlene & her husband Joel Farber of Medford and Janet & her husband Jack Reardon of Wakefield. Cherished grandmother of Joy & her husband Steve Dyer, Jason & his wife Lisa Farber, Mindy Farber, Matthew & his wife Darline Farber. Great grandmother of Kaylee, Marissa, Nathaniel and Isabel. A special thank you to our extended family, Rose Davis, for your consistent love and care throughout the years. Also to Glen Ridge Nursing Staff, our sincere appreciation of all your compassionate care. Shirley was a career administrator who worked for the Navy in WW II. Her greatest joy in life was her loving husband Murray, and spending time with her family. Services at the Goldman Funeral Chapel 174 Ferry St. (off Route 60) MALDEN on Sunday June 4 at 12:00 Noon. Interment in Everett. Condolence calls may be made at the Farber residence following the interment until 8PM and Monday 1-7PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Shirley’s memory may be made to the Perkins School for the Blind 175 North Beacon St. Watertown, MA 02472 or Jewish National Fund (Plant a Tree in Israel) 78 Randall Avenue Rockville, NY 11570.
