Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Jeffrey Falkoff can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

FALKOFF, Jeffrey 38, formerly of Lynnfield, MA. Entered Eternal Rest unexpectedly September 28, 2016. Devoted son of Catherine Falkoff and the late Herbert Falkoff. Beloved brother of Mark & his wife Alix Falkoff, Sharyn (Falkoff) Gazit, and Susan & her husband Oliver Klink. Cherished uncle to Abigail Falkoff, Samuel & Ben Gazit, and Nina & Maya Klink. An amazing nephew, cousin and friend to so many. Services at the Goldman Funeral Chapel, 174 Ferry St. (off Route 60) MALDEN on Sunday, October 2nd at 11:30 AM. Interment in Melrose. Due to Rosh Hashanah, condolence calls may be made at the home of Susan & Oliver Klink following the interment until 6:00PM, then continuing at the home of Sharyn Gazit on Wednesday & Thursday from 6-9PM. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be donated to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org or American Cancer Society/New England Division Inc., 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
