I have had the honor and privilege of knowing Harvey since 1995 when I joined the Board of the Holocaust Center. I admired Harvey very much and, like many people, I enjoyed being in his company very much. His sense of humor and intelligence, and his passionate interest in the education of his students, are what I remember most vividly.
